Crescent Innovative Packaging (CIPPL) is one of the diversification’s of The Crescent Group in the packaging industry. Through Crescent Innovative Packaging we have ventured into manufacturing of Block Bottom Welded Woven Sacks. The 1st phase of this project has been commissioned in April 2012 and these sacks are being produced on a 100% integrated line from Windmoller & Holscher (W&H), Germany. This ‘Generation Next’ plant is amongst the first of its kind in India and produces innovative sacks for applications such as packaging of Cement, Gypsum, Fertilizers, Cereals, Chemicals, Plastic Resins, Sugar, Salt etc.
This 41,000 square meters state-of-the-art unit, located 25 kms from Baroda at Savli Manjusar Road, Gujarat, is equipped with ultramodern trendsetting German technology that facilitates us in manufacturing products exhibiting international standards.
We are currently also manufacturers & suppliers of export quality tubular PP fabric rolls (White, Milky & Natural) for various applications.
We have already increased our current manufacturing capacity & are planning further increments to our Block bottom sacks & PP fabric capacity by end of 2014 and as part of our 2nd phase we will soon commission our FIBC (Jumbo bag) production by early 2015.
